This comprehensive policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and course swaps for all programs offered by World Academy for Research and Development. Please review these terms carefully before enrolling in any program.
General Return and Adjustment Policy
Core Policy 7 Days NoticeWorld Academy is not liable to return your deposited fees. However, adjustments may be possible under specific conditions:
If you notify World Academy in writing within 7 days after enrollment, you may adjust fees with any other World Academy program
If you completely withdraw from taking any other program, World Academy has every right to accept or reject your refund or adjustment request

Course Cancellation by Institution
Full Refund 30 DaysIf a course is cancelled by the university/institution, a full refund will be issued to the participant within 30 days.
100% Refund Guarantee
No processing fees or deductions for institution-cancelled courses
Partial Refund Policy
Partial Refund 10% CompletionIf a participant completes 10% of the course after enrollment, a partial refund will be issued to the participant.
Partial refund available up to 10% course completion
Refund Exceptions
No Refund 10%+ CompleteCourse Completion
Participants who have completed more than 10% of the program
Passing Grade
Participants who have received a grade of "Pass" or better in a course
Digital Materials Policy
Non-Returnable Once AccessedAll digital materials, including course content and resources, are non-returnable and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed by the participant.
Important Notice
Digital content becomes non-refundable immediately upon first access or download
Course Swap Policy
Course Change First WeekStudents may swap to a different course of equivalent value within the first week of enrollment, subject to availability.
